I am a disable senior ,I am wheelchair bound all the time,my manual wheel chairs front two wheels is about to break, I have a electic wheel chair but can't use it because my batteries are dead. I still have a bill of $2,700 to finish paying on the $10,000 bill .Finanical I am really need someone. to help me with any help other wise I will be stuck house bound...please I hope someboby can help me
